As you read it, you will learn how a military judge improperly used "mistrial" as a way to avoid having the war, the intelligence community, and the President of the United States prosecuted in his courtroom. The actions of this judge are a grand example of cowardice. He saw the weakness of the government's case against Lt. Watada, and it scared the living s*it out of him - so he ducked and ran.
